Ebonie ‘alchemy’ Allard is an Artist, Mystic and Creative Meaning Maker. 

She’s been exploring the mythic, archetypal and psycho-spiritual since she was a child. 

Her art work is mostly digital but retains the feel of the mixed media she’s been ‘playing with’ as a form of self expression her whole life. 

Weaving the textures, stories and layers of life's stand out moments, she captures the flavours of complex emotion and allows it to move us; alchemising often seemingly shitty stuff into treasured gold. 

In her other work as a facilitator, coach, author and Soul Contract guide, she helps culture makers to decode the details of their soul contracts, integrate the shadows in their blind spots, and reignite their sacred spark so that they are fulfilled, satisfied and feel good about who they ‘be’ rather than just what they ‘do’ 

Professionally, she blends Human Design, Gene Keys, Astrology and Numerology with somatic practices, and energetic alchemy, offering a unique approach to self-discovery that’s both playful and profound.

Personally, she's a pussy-cat mermaid. Either splashing about in the sea or curled up in a sunny spot.

Meet Lauren:

Lauren Burles is a Yoga Teacher, Writer, Podcaster, and Online Business Manager / Tech Extraordinaire, thriving at the intersection of creativity, magic, structure, and systems.

A lifelong seeker, Lauren has been fascinated by spirituality and the supernatural from a young age - drawn to the unseen forces that guide and shape the human experience.

A true Manifesting Generator and no stranger to reinvention, her background spans banking and finance, the arts, the charity sector, and corporate events. A pivotal turning point came in 2016, when she travelled to Rishikesh, India, to undertake her initial yoga teacher training - a journey that transformed her life and her work.

On the mat, Lauren is known for her deep, embodied understanding of yoga philosophy and her ability to translate ancient teachings into accessible, grounded wisdom for modern-day seekers. Through her Substack, Mindfields, and her soon-to-be-released podcast, she writes and speaks about the heart and soul of the human experience.

Alongside her teaching and creative work, she supports coaches and creatives as an Online Business Manager and Tech Virtual Assistant, seamlessly managing the systems, administration, and technical foundations that allow ideas, offerings, and artistry to move from vision into reality.

Her work behind the scenes is guided by the same principles that shape her teaching: clarity, presence, integrity, and sustainability. She believes systems should feel supportive rather than rigid - and that structure, when done well, creates the freedom for magic to flourish.

When she’s not teaching or tending to the details that keep things running smoothly, Lauren is usually found seeking sunlight, good coffee, great music, beautiful words, or the next great story - equally at home on the beach, on a yoga mat, in a bookshop, or deep in a mosh pit.
