I am heart-led and I follow the way of devotion, the way of the heart.

I believe that the heart has infinite capacity to love and yet, it is not always easy to move from a congruent and coherent heart.

mBit (multiple brain integration technique) gives us the simple tools and access to the internal technology that we need to return to the heart over and over and make creative, compassionate and courageous decisions and actions.

I first became an mBit Coach in June 2018.

Then in June 2019 I became an mBit Master Coach. 

Somewhere in between I drew this image on paper, and then on a piece of lino.

I created a lino cut and print from it, and then turned that into a black and gold enamel pin.

This limited edition gold and black hard enamel pin badge is for you if you know that you are a human with a heart, and choose to live with your heart open, over and over again even when it feels like too much.

This pin in just a pin, but it is also a totem and a commitment, to be human, and to come back to heart coherence over and over again.
